Brooke & Steve

05.05.2018

If you’re gonna get married in the heart of your town, you may as well go to one of the most iconic places. Hello Ulumbarra, you are a gorgeous venue.

Brooke and Steve fell in love with the internal architecture of Ulumbarra Theatre and got married on the upper level with the brick archways framing them. Sun streaming in the windows, a room packed full of family and friends, and a wonderful celebrant, Kerri Grossman, made the ceremony and warm and lovely affair. The way these two looked at each other while they were getting married made you think there was no one else in the room.

After the ceremony Brooke + Steve and their bridal party went for a wander around the gorgeous historical Rosalind Park for their photos, stopping by the Bendigo Art Gallery, with its iconic Marimekko exhibition pattern and then back to Ulumbarra to explore the building and it’s beautiful archways, famous red couch and theatre.

The reception was all about the speeches, heartfelt and funny, you could feel the love and support pulsing around the room. Finally, some of the best dance moves by a groom I’ve ever seen were busted out.
