Another year, another epic Culture Hitch Styled shoot and party. This time we took our incredible vendors to local favourite Harcourt Valley Winery, to show off just how spoilt we are with this Winery Wedding venue. Recently hitched James and Mel came along for the ride to help showcase the talent, and boy are we glad they did! With Michael Lean on Photos, and Kimberley Moore Media on video, we knew we were in for a treat.
Dressed by none other than Hayley Maree Bridal, Mel’s gown was a dream in laser cut lace and shimmer organza. Mel described the dress as amazingly comfortable, a snug fit in all the areas you need, lined and padded so no bra was necessary, with the added bonus that we all dream of – pockets!
Jacqui from Hair Gaga created the perfected updo for Mel to showcase her dress, and also to make sure her veil could attach (and stay!) all through the celebrations. Makeup by our amazing Blush by Georgie highlighted Mel’s natural beauty, adding a touch of glam.
JM Leech added the finishing touches with rings, bracelet and earrings for Mel plus a watch for James, and these two were (styled) wedding ready!
Enter our setup legends: 99 Luft Events used their hire range to create a reception table full of sugary deliciousness, from the donut wall to the tiered dessert servers and cake stand, with the cake decorated by the always amazing Style by Ashleigh K. The 99 Luft ladies also came to the party with their vintage lounge, and topped it off with their signature balloon garland – did you know those balloons are biodegradable too? Win!
As if this wasn’t enough, we were joined by our favourite keg on wheels, Kombi Keg for some pour-your-own fun that would light up any reception! The MQ Gelato van was ready to roll with all the tasty flavours, and the Bendigo Wedding Swing styled by Pemberley of Malmsbury’s florals topped everything off, just as when we thought it couldn’t get any better.
Be inspired to enjoy the Central Victorian seasons with an outdoor reception amongst the Autumn leaves.
